ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE WORKOUTS, TRIATHLON TRAINING AND RELATED EVENTS LED BY LORI CHRISTENSEN AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISK OF PARTICIPATION IN ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH LORI CHRISTENSEN BY SIGNING THIS GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT.

The undersigned participant ("Participant") on behalf of herself and on behalf of Participant's personal representatives, assigns, heirs, executors, hereby fully and forever releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to bring any legal action or seek to hold liable Lori Christensen, Vixen Training, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, insurers, representatives or other relations to such entities (collectively, the "Releasees"), from all liability to the Participant and her personal representatives, assigns, heirs and executors, for all loss(es) or damage(s) and any and all claims of demands therefore, on account of injury to the Participant or property or resulting in the death of the Participant, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of all or any of the Releasees or otherwise, in connection with the Participant's participation in all activities associated with Lori Christensen.

The Participant represents and warrants that she is in good physical condition and is able to safely participate in all activities associated with Lori Christensen. The Participant is fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the workouts and / or  triathlon training and / or any related events.  The Participant hereby assumes all risks of loss(es), damage(s), personal  injury(ies) including death that may be sustained by her while traveling to, attending or participating in all activities associated with Lori Christensen.  The Participant agrees to permit the use of her name, voice, picture, or photograph, in any broadcast, telecast, commercial advertisement, promotion, brochures, and other media without compensation and without notice and waive any rights to future compensation to which she might otherwise have been entitled for such use. The Participant warrants that all statements made herein are true and correct.
