What is it?
45 minutes of cardio burst and body strength training
Why do I want to do this?
Because you love toning up, gaining strength, flexibility and endurance.
Who is this for?
YOU ! Women only, all fitness levels welcome.
What to Wear?
Prepare to get sandy !
Winter wear : dress in layers and use wicking material such as wool which still keeps you warm when wet.
Hat and gloves to protect your hands from the cold sand. AVOID COTTON.
What to bring?
Yourself only! No towel, no stuff! Zip your keys in a pocket and be ready to move.
Leave the water bottle and snack in the car for just after your workout!

We meet on the boardwalk to the LEFT of the bathrooms.
Bike racks available. Drivers, please note! If you park in PARKING LOT SOUTH 5 without making any payment,
you can get a hefty parking ticket despite the parking lot being unattended. Park at your own risk !
Free parking on Barnard Way at the meters 6AM to 9AM.

Monthly or by packs of 1, 5 and 10 tickets !
Monthly price is based on how many Tuesdays and Thursdays in that month. Consecutively returning monthly customers receive $10 off their next month.
1 ticket is $15; valid 30 days from purchase date.
5 pack is $60; valid 30 days from purchase date.
10 pack is $100; valid 60 days from purchase date.
WEATHER
Training rain or shine unless IT IS AN ABSOLUTE DELUGE! viXen will notify you by 5:30AM of cancellation : via text or email according to your preference.
